The café was opened in 2001 in the castle’s first restored building, welcoming everybody with its elderberry drink in the spring, ice cream in the summer, as well as hot chocolate and chilled beer. Our visitors can also buy here the Transylvanian Trilogy written by the castle’s last owner, Count Miklós Bánffy, as well as other books and publications related to the castle. The gift shop is also located in the café.
